You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. EventHub facilitates connections between customers and vendors but does not directly provide event services. All bookings and payment arrangements are made directly between customers and vendors. EventHub is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors. Customers should verify vendor credentials and reviews before making bookings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual vendors and should be clearly stated in their service listings. Customers are encouraged to review these policies before booking. EventHub is not responsible for disputes regarding cancellations or refunds between customers and vendors.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings for vendors based on their experiences. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual transactions. Fake reviews, malicious content, or reviews that violate our community guidelines will be removed. Vendors may respond to reviews but may not offer incentives for positive reviews.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use EventHub for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, harassment, discrimination, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with platform operations, or use automated tools to scrape data.

8. Intellectual Property

EventHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EventHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant EventHub a license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability
